Recently, we had the pleasure of interviewing some of Sydney’s top chefs for the Eatability People’s Choice Award at Taste Sydney 2014.
We spent the day with the Eatability guys, jumping from place to place, for interviews with Carla Jones of 4Fourteen, Francesco Armillis from Popolo, and Louis Tikaram at Longrain. Was great to get into the kitchen with them and see how they work. Each chef really had their own personal flair and flavour, which shows through in the content we captured for them.
The series was captured on the Sony FS700, with its new 4K Recorder, and was proudly flashing some Angenieux glass for the occasion. Three interviews were released for the event, with more content to come through the coming months.
